What makes the Orchid Room different from the traditional screen room is the polycarbonate
roof. This special roof keeps out the harmful UV rays as well as our, often, harsh rains. However, the necessary sunlight
is allowed to shine in on these eager plants. The polycarbonate roof also helps provide a nice place to enjoy
the summer afternoons with family and friends after a game of golf or bridge without getting soaked in the summer rains.

The following pictures are from two seperate jobs. Although the orchid rooms are different, the owners had
the same devotion to creating an ideal environment to grow their beautiful flowers.
You may also check out the link (used by permission) at the bottom of the page for more information about
orchids.
This picture reveals the look of the underside of the polycarbonate roof,
you can see the door as well which allows your orchids to have their own
"safe" place.

Here you can see the option of keeping your preferred Deck or flooring.
By using a concrete footer you are able to keep your shell, gravel or river rock (which quickly
dispose of any standing water).

Here you can see that it is possible to add on to your existing pool enclosure. You can enjoy your orchids
"pool side" while they add beauty to the surrounding pool area.
This is also a different view of what the polycarbonate roof looks like inside.

Here is an overview of the 'room' size. Of course, this is variable and completely dependent on your specific
needs.
